Meet Jay
Jay McElroy is a Principal supporting Implementation efforts across a wide variety of public and private sector clients. Currently, Jay is leading an engagement with the production and supply chain teams of a leading space launch provider.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
While attending the University of St Andrews, I spent my summers working with an investment team at an asset management firm and as an assistant coach of a local swim team. During the school year I bartended in the taproom of a local brewery.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group for the opportunity to learn how leaders can help drive teams and organizations from incredible people who have decades of experience across many diverse sectors, and to work in an extremely fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
Working side-by-side with inspirational public servants during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide support to those who needed it most was extremely fulfilling personally and professionally.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR most interesting travel spot with a MCCHRYSTAL client?
Cape Canaveral Space Force Station—supporting a supply chain team with red-teaming and risk mitigation planning for future launch success.
