Meet Jeff

Jeff is a Member of the McChrystal Group Board of Directors.

Jeff Siegal is an Independent Board Director of McChrystal Group. In this role, he provides counsel on strategy, talent, and investment to the firm's Executive Team. He is a Partner at MK Partners LLC. Previously he was a Partner and founder of Metalmark Capital, a leading private equity investment firm that focuses on the energy, healthcare, and industrials sectors and whose principals managed $7 billion of equity capital across several funds. Prior to joining Metalmark Capital and its predecessor organizations in 2001, Jeff served as the Chief Financial Officer of @stake, a leading cybersecurity engineering firm, and as a Senior Managing Director at Castle Harlan, a private equity investment firm.

Prior to entering the private sector, Jeff was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. He served as a program manager for the Worldwide Military Command and Control System, one of the largest command, control, and communications modernization programs in the Department of Defense which at the time was a DSARC level program. Jeff received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics, cum laude, from Clark University and a M.A. in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
