What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I was a mental performance coach, consulting with various college and high school athletic programs on culture, emotion regulation, and individual and team performance.
I have previously held internships with McChrystal Group and the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. Additionally, I served as an ESPN Guest Reporter in 2014, and have been active in multiple communities throughout the state of Connecticut, forming a student-athlete led mentorship program for a local New Haven middle school. I am passionate about leadership, coaching, and all things performance.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
The people and the purpose. Never have I engaged with a more talented, motivated, and team-oriented group of individuals. Together, we have the opportunity to reshape the narrative of leadership within teams and organizations—that gets me fired up!
My teammates and our mission make every day at McChrystal Group exciting and fulfilling.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
Leading the charge on our McChrystal Group Leadership Ventures (MGLVs) has been the most rewarding experience of my tenure. These Ventures bring our people across different regions and levels together for an adventure-filled leadership offsite. It’s incredible to see teammates lean into new experiences and strengthen relationships over the course of a few days.
