Before joining McChrystal Group, I worked in clinical operations and research operations for a San Francisco-based telehealth provider.

I joined McChrystal Group to learn from experienced, driven leaders, and understand how high-performing teams make space for improvement.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
My proudest moment at MG thus far has been working with a state health agency to improve their COVID-19 response efforts and deliver the best possible health outcomes for the state's citizens.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time playing basketball, flag football, and volleyball around the DMV. I also enjoy listening to live music and reading nonfiction.
