Meet Grant

Grant Whidden is a Microsoft 365 Engineer. As part of the Internal Innovations team on Enterprise Solutions, he helps deliver solutions to business problems. Whether it’s facilitating better collaboration with Teams & SharePoint or crafting integrations & automations with Power Platform & PowerShell, he strives to add value to teams by saving time, reducing human error, and enhancing communication & teamwork.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

I worked at an international non-profit organization as part of the US IT Team. I filled various roles throughout my 18 years with the org, including System Administrator, Application Developer, and Director of US IT Operations.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

Hands down, the caliber of the people that make up McChrystal Group is why I joined. Teamwork, integrity, and a hunger for excellence in all that we do are just a few of the reasons that I count it a privilege to work alongside this Team of Teams on a daily basis.

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I love to fish. Fresh or salt, deep or shallow, rain or shine—I’m ready to wet a line, day or night!
