Meet Emie

Emie Njang is responsible for the production of periodic financial reports and the maintenance of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I worked at architectural, structural engineering, and real estate companies where I oversaw the doubling of company budget and personnel, the building out of accounting and finance teams, and the streamlining and implementation of many accounting processes and procedures. Previously, I spent five years at a humanitarian and development organization dedicated to building sustainable communities in Africa by supporting women and youth in education, food security and nutrition, and health and sanitation.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

To expand my accounting experience in a new business environment.

What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?

Completing one of McChrystal Group’s Leadership Ventures with the amazing support of my teammates.
