Tess Peterson is a Digital Marketing Manager who brings life and personality to McChrystal Group's social media and campaigns. She manages digital platforms and tools as well as oversees web analytics, inbound demand generation, and assists with content strategy.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I worked for government agencies driving marketing efforts in local communities. I have also worked for national nonprofits increasing their membership base as well as executing digital campaigns focused on growth and engagement.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

As a military spouse, McChrystal Group’s origins and guiding principles resonate deeply. I believe in the framework our team uses to meet each client’s needs, and I enjoy the opportunity to apply it to my own work. Our team of highly engaged individuals makes each workday new and interesting.

Why are you passionate about leaders & teams?

I believe teams are universal and relatable for everyone, no matter what role they play. Teams are unique depending on the people that make them up, and I believe that as teammates come and go, so changes the dynamic of a team. Leaders have the ability to create lasting, positive impact when they remain aware of their team's needs.
