Meet Michelle

Michelle Barnett serves as the Administrative Coordinator for McChrystal Group’s Operations Team assisting in the management and support of the firm’s nearly 100 employees. Michelle is an experienced executive administrative director who has worked with top leadership at Fortune Global 500 companies, including Anheuser-Bush InBev and Marriott International.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

I was the Executive Administrative Coordinator at Anheuser-Busch for seven years.  There I assisted the President of The High End/Brewers Collective Craft Beer North American Zone.  I worked as an Administrative Assistant at Marriott Vacation Club and as a College Assistant at both Queensborough Community College and Queens College, The City University of New York. 

WHAT has been your proudest moment at mcchrystal group?

As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, I regularly work with top industry leaders, but McChrystal Group allows me to interact across a myriad of industries, organizations, and fields of study. It’s incredible to see the impact this group of professionals has on organizations of all sizes.

WHAT sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I love to travel, go to concerts, and attend sporting events. My best year was 2012 when I attended the Olympic Games in London, the Union of European Football Associations Championship Cup in Madrid, and Le Tour de France in Paris. I’m a foodie who has a passion for food and beer. Before I left Anheuser-Busch, I became a Cicerone certified beer server. Most importantly, I love spending time with family and friends.
